SAN DIEGO — Last month 20 people across Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), including four individuals and three teams, won 2024 Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Research, Development and Acquisition) Dr. Delores M. Etter Top Scientists and Engineers of the Year Awards for their contributions to the Department of the Navy (DON).
Winners from Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific, NIWC Atlantic, and Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (PEO C4I) demonstrated professionalism and dedication in promoting scientific and engineering excellence within the DON.
