New York Army National Guard Col. Seth Morgulas received awards and gifts during a retirement award ceremony to honor him and his 31 years of service to the nation at Camp Smith Training Site, Cortlandt Manor near Peekskill, N.Y., March 31, 2024.
Morgulas, a Scarsdale resident of New York State, has served in numerous leadership and staff positions during his career, including platoon leader, company commander, battalion commander, and brigade commander, to name a few.
