NAVAL BASE GUAM (Oct. 28, 2024) – The Los Angeles-class fast-attack submarine USS Annapolis (SSN 760) conducted a change of command ceremony on Monday, Oct. 28, onboard Naval Base Guam. During the ceremony, Capt. James Tuthill turned over command of Annapolis to Cmdr. Clinton Emrich.
