Maj. Gen. Scott Naumann, 10th Mountain Division (LI) and Fort Drum commander, administered the oath of enlistment at Gillette Stadium, swearing in 150 new service members across the Army, Air Force, Navy, and Marines. The Salute to Service is an annual event taking place between weeks 10 and 12 of the NFL season. The event is meant to recognize the sacrifice and commitment of the men and women in the armed forces.
