Tools in a Tool Box: Sharing Skills to Help Airman and Each Other

First Sergeant's across the base come together to teach Technical Sergeants and above how to be an interim first sergeant when current first sergeants are unavailable during a First Sergeant Symposium at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Oct. 28-31, 2024. The symposium consisted of briefings, scenario discussions and videos to prepare the students for the first sergeant role.
