Former crew members of the Ticonderoga-class guided missile cruiser USS Yorktown (CG 48) gathered at the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown for a solemn wreath laying event in honor of their ship's sponsor, prominent Yorktown resident and philanthropist Mary Matthews. Providing remarks during the event was Captain Dan Patrick, Commanding Officer of Naval Weapons Station Yorktown.
